Who We Are
Not by people who have it all figured out.
Why We Built This
Men today are navigating a lot of conflicting expectations about who they're supposed to be. That pressure creates disconnection. We built Traverse Path to create a setting where men can step out of their routine, take on something real, and be around other men doing the same.
Through shared challenge and honest conversation, we're trying to help men build camaraderie and move forward — not as a polished product, but as guys who are also still figuring it out.
This is not therapy.
Peer-to-peer. The people leading the experience are in it alongside you — not standing outside it as experts.
Founder
Hi, I'm Sean.
I'm a Marine Corps veteran with a deep passion for the outdoors and adventure. I started Traverse Path with a simple but powerful goal: to help men better understand themselves while building a support system that strengthens us all.
I'm not a perfect man — and for a long time, I thought I had to be before starting something like this. The truth is, I've faced my own struggles. I've battled mental health challenges, experienced the failure of a marriage and other relationships, and wrestled with finding my identity after leaving the Marine Corps.
Traverse Path was built for men like me — the imperfect ones. The ones searching for direction, purpose, and connection. This is a place to find your path, support others on theirs, and build lasting relationships through shared experiences and adventure.
Operations Lead
I'm Hutch.
I'm active duty Air Force, currently working in cyber operations. Over the past several years I've worked in roles ranging from enterprise system administration to large-scale data center environments. Throughout that time, I've also been trying to figure out who I actually am outside of the uniform.
Like a lot of guys, I've felt the pressure to have everything figured out — career, relationships, direction. The reality is most of us are still working through it.
That's what drew me to Traverse Path. To me, this isn't about escaping life. It's about stepping into it. Getting outside, pushing yourself, and being around other like-minded people who are trying to grow and figure things out for themselves.
